Rate
$150/hr from your entry to exit from our space.
Availability
Our space is available for rental outside of our business hours. We require at least 3 weeks notice before your event is scheduled to ensure staffing availability.
The space is available after 8pm Monday - Saturday.
Sunday is unavailable for rent.
Service
Barista onsite with full menu available for purchase.
Payment Terms
Booking non-refundable deposit of $150 to save the date. The remaining event charge will be billed after the event, and needs to be paid within 7 days. Please do not pay the deposit until we have confirmed the event.
